Iceland is truly a magical place. The country’s unique beauty consists of glaciers, volcanic ash beaches, waterfalls, northern lights, and its people. There is a wealth of outdoor activities for the adventurous. Glacier and waterfall hiking, skiing, snowmobiling, horseback riding, and even scuba diving. The food is also out of this world. They take pride on making every dish with locally sourced, organic, and free-range ingredients. While beer was prohibited until 1989, the country is experiencing a craft beer renaissance with quality on level with the best beer nations. It’s no wonder why this country keeps pulling us back.
